The picture you see is showing my progress from last week on the treadmill. I used to be on the treadmill for about 10 to 15 mintues with not much incline or speed, but boosting it up I'm able to go on a higher incline as far as 7 and speed as 4 with a little jogging for 5 minutes then walking for 5 then jogging for 5.
As you can see I pushed myself going farther that first time when I got up to 50 minutes I jumped for joy when I got off the treadmill with everyone looking at me crazy, but oh well. I accomplished something that I was oh so proud of and I was skipping with joy from there after going for better the next day then better the next. OMG!! HAPPY!!!
But, I can't forget the strength training which I used to do for about 5 minutes or shoot 10 the most now I can go from 30 to 60 minutes with strength training taking the weights up more to help my metabolism.
