Last Saturday I started getting personal training. I did this because of so many false starts so far this year. I have gone to the gym a lot, but the eating habits are hit and miss. I need need sparkpeople for the calorie counter. I saw awesome results last time. I can't wait for the combined contributions of this website and my personal trainer to get the results I want.

    Good luck. I was real motivated when i was working with my trainer. If I had the money to do it I would be working with her again. I know that you can do it so stick with it.
