Whew!! I completed two projects today that I have been working on for awhile.
1...Completed the last of 6 quilts for an African girl's home (blog & pictures to come)
2...My tax preparation for my daycare business
Because I concentrated on finishing them, I didn't walk on the treadmill this afternoon like I have been doing. I also was thinking about not going to the gym tonight, so I could spend sometime with my husband. However, he needed to finish a project for work, so I decided to go to the gym. I did a good ST circuit and then some intervals on the elliptical. It felt good...I am glad I went.
My trainer had told me to google fat-burning foods. So, I did today. It was very interesting. Some sites were very informative and others were definitely out to sell their diet program.

There is so much info, it is hard to sift through sometimes. When my trainer and I were talking about it, I think she was thinking along the line of spices such as cayenne and chili. So, I know I will be incorporating more of that into my diet. I am also going to look at these lists and see where I need to add.
It is kind of interesting about apples. A friend suggested I take one day and just eat 6 apples to help jumpstart things. I did do that last Tuesday and that is how I got a loss for the week. So, I am thinking of doing that again on Monday since I weigh- in on Tuesday at TOPS.
