My trainer said she could really tell that I was getting stronger. Tonight she had me on the step machine. A couple of months ago when I first was on there I could barely do two minutes on the 1st level. Tonight I did level 5 for two minutes with no problem so she wants me do do 3 minutes as part of the circuit.
We talked some more on how to break this plateau. She wants me to do my ST circuit first, then do cardio intervals everyday this week. She also wants me to google fat-burning foods ie cayenne pepper etc and try to incorporate them into my foods this week. She is just as frustrated as I am, but yet very encouraging. We will keep changing things up to jumpstart things.
One of the things we talked about was how it is harder to lose when women go through menopause as I am, but it isn't impossible. I so want to be at 219 by the end of the month - 2 lbs to go!
I discovered Pinterest yesterday. It is great for the quilting ideas I have found on the internet. I also did a board with ideas for my daughter's wedding reception. We are going to do a Scottish tea theme.
