I've been tracking my food religiously for the last few weeks, trying hard to stay within the limits and eat right. The results? I've lost weight!
Hard to believe, isn't it? Well, I've shed a pound and 1/2, which is a huge loss for me. I'm pretty happy about that! I also took a look at the nutrition reports for the last few weeks and learned that I have been exceeding my cholesterol limits about half the time and missing my goal for calcium intake at least 75% of the time. I'm going get on that right this minute with some low-fat yogurt!
You know what? I just LOVE Spark People!
