I have only .75 lb left until I will be what I weighed last August. I am working hard to break this! I think once I can get past this I will be able to start losing better.
I am staying focused and have had good workouts. I am walking on the treadmill for about 30 minutes in the afternoon, then do about an hour at the gym. I am working on just eating lean protein (at least 100 grams of protein per my trainer), fruits and vegetables.
