At a standstill

I work out pretty much everyday.. Change up my routin. Cardio, strength, cardio, cool down. I eat proper... But my weight has not go anywhere in the past 2 weeks.. It's very frustrating.. I'm not giving up but something's gotta give :/

    Eh, sometimes it just happens that way. I know it sucks, but sometimes our bodies don't respond the way we think they should and there's no logical reason for it. But on the bright side...it'll come off eventually! Just keep on trucking, and make sure you're not overdoing it - sometimes a good night's sleep and/or a rest day is all your body needs to release some extra fluids it's been hanging on to. Keep up the great work!! :)
