I didn't work out at all this weekend. I've been too focused on getting through my midterms. I wish I'd managed to get to the gym at least once, but passing my classes is far more important right now.
Still, I got on the scale this morning for my very first weigh-in, not knowing what I'd see... and I lost nearly 4 pounds. Not nearly as much as I used to lose on my first week, but it's definitely a step in the right direction.
I have a midterm today, tomorrow, and Thursday, but I'm going to do my damndest to hit the gym tonight. Three days of no exercise is too much.
