Still no weight loss, but progress.

I've been tracking every day and now I can see how many extra calories I'd been sneaking in around the edges. When I actually track everything, I can see that I was eating a minimum of 200-300 extra calories every day. Well, I've stopped. Not that the turn-around is quick. No, that's not gonna happen. But I think I spy a little more definition in the mid-section. Could that be? Maybe.... I overdid the exercise last week and got really, really tired as a result. So, this week I'm going to do about the same number of minutes but not so intensely. That should be more manageable and not so exhausting. Febr. is such a gloomy month, but I'm making progress!
