I apparently made some bad choices this week. I did maintain my weight no gaining so I am trying to be happy about that. I have to go back thru what I eat. I know I took my meds, my have to check that too.
Today I have added more steps and a extra workout to my schedule.
A bit disappointed, but will carry it forward no time to worry and feel sorry for me. Gotta get after it!!
