23lbs down :)

Yesterdays weigh in was 162.5 and I am pretty happy with that :) My heaviest was 186 so based on that I've lost 23.5 lbs! Its been taking a long time to get to this point but i can be patient knowing the end result will happen. To be honest i really havent been doing much with tracking but for christmas we got a WII and we have been dancing our butts off ;) I really think that has been helping. 6 weeks ago I was 170 so I've been averaging a pound and a half a week.

I figure if I put in the extra effort to bring my butt to the gym 2 or 3 days a week that i can lose 2lbs a week which will bring me to about 140 by the beginning of May....I would really love that :) I have noticed that my appetite hasnt been as big as it was in the past and I try really hard not to snack when I'm bored, but if I do i eat pickles or fruit for my salty or sweet treats :)

I am pretty excited to announce that I have went from a size 16 jeans to a size 11! Yesterday I even squeezed into my 10's!!! I was able to button them but I'm still afraid to move :) lol

Even though I cannot see any difference in the way that I look, I know that the results are there, the numbers are getting lower and eventually I will be happy when I look in the mirror...

Hope you all havent forgotten about me, unfortunately the app on my iphone doesnt let you communicate with any of your friends or groups...it only tracks the numbers :( Miss you all and hope to catch up soon!
