enjoying the fruits and veggies, BUT...

I can honestly say that I am truly enjoying getting more fruits and veggies into my food plan, BUT, it is causing some intestinal issues..I was up several times last night...what are your experiences with this? I know it is just my body reacting to the "good" food...how long can I expect it to last? Maybe I need to dink more water, as well...other than that, I am feeling great about this! Hve a wonderful day!!

    Drinking more water helps to keep things moving. Once your body adjusts to the amount of fiber it is getting it will regulate itself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    It's like a cleanser, when your body adjust to it you will slow down, but that is a good thing.
