Fighting a cold

It is terrible. With all the drugs that supposedly make the day less miserable, it is still quite so. Anyway, no way I could workout today, but I did a regular 50 minute workout yesterday (Sunday).
I got stuck at the current weight for about 4 weeks now. I still need to lose the last 20 lbs to arrive at the perfectly healthy weight. I have lost over 40lbs since july 2011. But now it seems that it is getting difficult to lose more fat.
I tend to workout pretty intensely and pretty long. I think this may be creating problems for me, for example it is difficult to contain myself within the caloric range after a heavy workout which should not be a problem with a moderate workout. This time i will try moderation in exercise over a week, and track the food more rigorously. I think this should let me lose some of the last 20lbs.
