This weight loss has sure been going slow.Up and down all week, gaining and losing the same pound before one is finally gone. Getting a bit discouraged here, but I won't give up.

I did give in tho'. Had a nasty 390 calorie piece of cake last nite. No excuses. I wanted it and had it. That'll be the end of those kinds of goof ups. I'd rather do something that makes me feel better for a longer time than that lousy piece of cake.

The treadmill is getting easier. I had the ole boy raise the back so the incline isn't so bad. Thats what you get for buying a cheap one - not adjustable. Oh well, we worked around it. I like the treadmill better than the WATP dvd. It's so easy just to jump on a few times a day when you're going by it.
