Weigh in # 22 - No excuses, back to basics.

Still sulky a bit. I'm sorry for that, and I know I need to just get over it. I may have to ban myself from the scale after next week.

Went for a run with Riley today. 2.5 miles in 38 minutes for a 15.2 mile. To be fair, I walked the first half mile, because I was on the phone, but I know I can do better than that. I know I can do better than that.

Work has been really busy, but that's no excuse. I found out that I'm getting a 50 cent raise Thursday, so that had me really happy. Dylan and I went walking last night for a mile and a half. I can still have time to work-out, I've just been feeling lazy.

I've done better with my water. Drinking 1.5 to 2 quarts of water a day. My eating has been filled with vegetables and fruits, but there definitely has been a dozen oatmeal chocolate chip cookies sprinkled in along the week.

I'm making a meal plan this week. I'm going to try to go back to the one or two meat days with the rest being vegetarian. Get back to making my own bread, my own food from whole food rather than reaching for anything processed. I need to kill my sugar addiction, so in the spirit of Dylan's no caffeine month. I'm going to start a no refined sugar month: No white sugar, no brown sugar, no honey . Start retraining my taste buds to recognize the natural sugar in food.

Going to be REALLY hard given that I'm participating in the bake sales at work to raise money for the Race for the Cure.
