Week 4 & 5 update.

I missed weigh in last week. I hadn't gotten shower by weigh in time, and was busy, so I stayed home. I made sure I went to weigh in tonight. I was down 4.6 pounds for the last 2 weeks!

Weigh Watchers Weigh in 173.4

I feel a lot more in control this last week. I find corn chips are a major trigger for me. I don't know why I have so much troubles having just a little. I have to avoid the bag or I lose it.

I used to have a problem with pizza too, but now I am not even tempted by it. I just have to get to that place with corn chips. I love to melt cheese on them and pour on hot sauce. High in carbs and fatty goodness. lol I managed to say no to them all week.

I got rid of all my fat clothes. All shirts 1X and larger got donated, and all jeans size 14-20 went to a consignment store and all jeans 22 and up were donated. It was time to do a closet purge. Now I need to go shopping to put a few more things into my wardrobe. :D
