What a Week!(294 days to 52 yrs)

Sunday, January 29, 2012

This has been one of the toughest weeks that I have had in a while. My oldest daughter gets a bad cold(she is better thanks to my herbal supplements, OJ and time) My youngest is super busy drama practice, 3 games (cheer-leading) and I had to manage it all this week. I did not start my week as planned by cooking on Sunday so that did not help. So we ended up at the FF places a few more days than I would have liked. I was not able to check in on my BL team that much and even my team was going through! emoticon I felt bad that I was of little support but I have some super duper women on the team who came through without being asked! I LOVE MY TEAM!
I could not concentrate enough to start reading week 2 of Full-Filled. NO EXERCISE....Need I say more WHAT!!!

BUT through it all I am still here. I did not beat myself up. It is just one of those moments that we have to try to get through. Since I talked about what did not happen I will mention what went well
1. I had a healthy breakfast every morning!
2. I went to bed and slept pretty good! (probably from mental exhaustion lol)
3. I did the best I could last week
4. I thought about how to make moments like this better

OVERALL It was a good week. I gained 1.5 but those were visiting pounds....they have lost their room at la casa and will be homeless real soon!

Setting my intentions towards a week of more accomplishments!

The journey will get rough at times but honker down and hold on....YOU ARE WORTH IT~ emoticon

I love the visiting at la casa. We are so much stronger than we were a year ago. I sure hope for you this weeks gets a bit better. I know for me it was tough also. I had to take my daughter to work each day as her husband needed a new tire and they had to wait till this weekend. So my exercise and morning routine was thrown out of whack. It left me feeling not like myself. But we have a new week to get it right. A toast to us emoticon for surving an off week.

I too like the "homeless pounds" that is a good one. I'm sure this week will be even better. We all seem to have these weeks that seem like they just can't get any worse!!!
You can do it and you are worth it!!!! By the way, your team loves you too!!!!!

Homeless pounds, I love it! I'm looking forward to booting a few out of my house, too. We all just do the best we can at the time, if we're smart. No use adding pointless stress to everything else.

I'm looking forward to spring, as that tends to be easier for me. How about you?

Homeless pounds, that's hilarious. You have a whole lot of balls up in the air, sometimes, a couple of them will fall. Keep on Keepin on - Fearless Leader. You're a real trooper.

We are all lucky to have you leading this team. We're here for you too. emoticon

You ARE worth it! You know, sometimes us moms have to remind ourselves that we are doing our best and our best IS good enough. These years of child rearing are tough, but fleeting, and sometimes we just have to take it one day at a time. Great job focusing on your successes. You are doing great!
