This was a productive week. I was able to get almost everything done on my daily lists. The one main thing I haven't finished yet is the Jacobite shirts for my son and son-in-law. I just have to put the sleeves on and put eyelets in. I want to finish them by Sunday because they will be coming over for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday.
Wednesday I didn't have my normal eggs breakfast, just Sprouts 6 grain oatmeal. I was so snacky all day. Yesterday, I did, and I didn't feel hungry most of the day. I definitely need to have protein for breakfast.
Yesterday, we was able to get a 50% off deal for wedding flowers! We will be having an appointment with the florist tomorrow.
I did well on most of my daily goals this week. I am just going to list today.
A. 75 - 120 min a day
B. Gym (4-5x's a week):
C. Home Exercise -
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 10 glasses
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day
--5 servings Freggies = 5 servings
--curb mindless snacking, drink water
