If your tired of starting over, stop giving up!!!

For all the years I can remember I seemed to say to myself A) come on , you better get on a good nutritional plan and lose the weight and feel better! then B) Well Ill set a goal for a significant event in my life , birthday, year end what ever! Then C) A well I get started .... and I never do! Or I get started and I stop for about a thousand different excuses! Then D) I start all over!! when will that change!! Well NOW wold be GOOD!! Well I know I'm tired of starting over so I need to STOP Giving up!!!!

    so so so true! this is the secret of my success! i used to overeat a tiny bit, give up and pig out saying i would "start over tomorrow" it never works.
