Three meals a day goal

About 25 days ago I set a goal to have three meals a day. In addition to this, it is a goal to have breakfast before lunch time.
Well... I haven't done too bad on it, but it is now four or five days out of the last 25 that I've not met the three meals a day goal. It's real hard to eat enough and often enough. I'm frustrated because I have very little to no appetite. Any ideas to how I can get my appetite back?
