Tomorrow's Goals:

So today I lacked a little on my veggies but mostly because I forgot that timing is everything. I work split shifts and forgot to have my snack before going to work. That caused my blood sugar to turn south on a north bound road. I had nuts in my purse but that was only enough to get me through my shift. I grabbed some chocolate milk before yoga for the protein but got fat-free. By the time that yoga was done I was hungry again and knew I couldn't wait to cook once I got home. So I ended up grabbing McD's. Lesson learned, I need to eat according to the plan not how hungry I am.

Even with that considered I didn't do too badly on the calorie range. I hit it squarely in the maintain calorie range for a few pounds lighter than I am. As long as I learn from this and don't repeat it, I will call this a win. Tomorrow will be better!!

    I've heard it said failing to plan is planning to fail! I know I need to plan the workouts, the food, etc ahead of time. Not to say that you should be inflexible and never spontaneous, but if you plan most things, you will have the latitude to fit in surprises along the way. emoticon
