don't kill my dad
So today I lacked a little on my veggies but mostly because I forgot that timing is everything. I work split shifts and forgot to have my snack before going to work. That caused my blood sugar to turn south on a north bound road. I had nuts in my purse but that was only enough to get me through my shift. I grabbed some chocolate milk before yoga for the protein but got fat-free. By the time that yoga was done I was hungry again and knew I couldn't wait to cook once I got home. So I ended up grabbing McD's. Lesson learned, I need to eat according to the plan not how hungry I am.
Even with that considered I didn't do too badly on the calorie range. I hit it squarely in the maintain calorie range for a few pounds lighter than I am. As long as I learn from this and don't repeat it, I will call this a win. Tomorrow will be better!!
