This last weekend was full and very busy. We had church at our home. I cooked a spaghetti dinner for everyone. I made spaghetti squash for myself and anyone else who wanted it. Then on Sunday night my daughter's fiancee's parents came over for dinner and to talk about wedding plans.

Also, this weekend I got the rest of the material for the dresses and the guys vests. I have had a couple of people offer to help me with the sewing.

This morning I didn't have any daycare, so I went and picked up my new eyeglasses, then went to the gym for a 80 min cardio interval workout. This afternoon I was able to load and quilt another quilt. My daughter got off work early and we went to the gym and I did another cardio workout on the stationery bike.

Daily Goals:
1. Exercise
A. 75 - 120 min a day emoticon 120 min
B. Gym (4-5x's a week): emoticon

2. Water
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 10 glasses emoticon

4. Food
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day emoticon

--curb mindless snacking, drink water emoticon
