Monday Morning - 1/23/12

Where do I start????
Friday evening left out of town and was gone all weekend until Sunday afternoon. Friday night for dinner ended up eating at Wendy's with the family. Had to get something quick cause the drive to our destination was 3 hours. Then Saturday went to the Monster Jam and before hand went to Chili's and ate chicken tacos. But I think I did fairly well while we were there cause I only ate a small bite of a funnel cake...and that's it. I guess all the excitement of the trucks I wasn't hungry or even thinking about food. :)
Sunday morning had to get on the road so we didn't eat anything for breakfast; but did go to Sonic for lunch and then ate pizza for dinner. So it's back on track today. My focus this week is to eat more calories per day........but still eat healthy. Started my morning off with my bible reading and a cup of coffee. Then I exercised and now I'm drinking a smoothie (which is only 110 calories). When I get to work I will wait till 9:00 and thne eat a breakfast turkey burrito (yum...yum....). Lunch I have planned is chicken with lettuce.....don't like the dressing with it. Snack I have a yogurt (trying this out cause I don't like yogurt) and some cube cheese. I think I have it pretty well planned out and ready for action today. :)
