Day 91 (good morning)

I'm feeling great. My hormones are even. I'm not craving chocolate or carbs. But I picked up some WW candy and Pringles fat-free chips (just in case). I'm not burning a hole through hubby with just a glance. All is well.
I've added an extra 5 minutes to my walk this morning on the
. 35 minutes.
I've had my bowl of oatmeal, orange and 8oz of water.
Going grocery shopping today.
Looking forward to picking up some fruit, veggies,chicken, fish, nuts, beans, whole wheat bread & pasta, and of course
