Yesterday we celebrated my nephew's birthday. That involve eating a lot of things I shouldn't. No one made me eat it. Heck, I served myself the cake. Dinner was a buffet at a restaurant. I did hit the salad bar first and I didn't add any sauce to my bbq, so I am calling it a win over what I would have done before. Progress not perfection, right?
