I had a hard week but ended up losing 3 pounds still. I must have done something right! :-) I'm going to kick it up a notch this week and really make sure I'm eating more healthy and exercising like I should!! Exercising is so hard for me to do cause it literally hurts my joints but I need to do it so I can lose weight! I wish I could swim but we don't have the money to join the YMCA right now. So I'll have to push through the pain so I can feel better in the long run!! I hope I can lose another 3 pounds this week. I really want to lose 50 by my b-day!! I'm down 10 so 40 more to go...I think I can do it!! I'm looking forward to church this morning and time spent with my hubby today! I hope everybody has a great Sunday and Happy Sparking!!
