I had a hard week but ended up losing 3 pounds still. I must have done something right! :-) I'm going to kick it up a notch this week and really make sure I'm eating more healthy and exercising like I should!! Exercising is so hard for me to do cause it literally hurts my joints but I need to do it so I can lose weight! I wish I could swim but we don't have the money to join the YMCA right now. So I'll have to push through the pain so I can feel better in the long run!! I hope I can lose another 3 pounds this week. I really want to lose 50 by my b-day!! I'm down 10 so 40 more to go...I think I can do it!! I'm looking forward to church this morning and time spent with my hubby today! I hope everybody has a great Sunday and Happy Sparking!!

    Good job, you deserve it. The fact that you pushed through despite having a rough week tells me that you have the drive to be successful. Keep going and like everybody else said the pain will lessen the stronger your body gets. Just listen to your body, do what you can and don't get discouraged and give up when things get hard. Keep going and I look forward to hearing about another great week from you.

    Just take rests during your walks and massage your feet after your walks. As the weight goes down so will the pain and I am speaking from experience.
    Keep moving you are worth all the effort.

    In a really good week, I'll drop 1.5 lbs

    just stick with it. Even when you hit a weight plateau (and you will), as long as you keep doing the right things you'll get to your goal.

    don't forget to take note of other signs of progress (dropping inches, breathing easier, lower resting heart rate, more energy etc)

    Well done on your loss, it is hard but will be worth it long term.....keep pushing ahead and you will arrive at your destination.
