Satisfaction and Frustration

---I completed getting year 2002 pictures into the album.
---I started and completed quilting a quilt this afternoon
---I was able to cross everything on my list except for a couple of things
---I made dessert for church supper here tomorrow night
---I was able to get my errands done tonight in a couple of hours.
Both daycare parents said they would be picking up their kids early today (by 4:00). So, I thought great I can go get a workout in and get home and shower before a daycare interview at 6:00. Well, one parent didn't get here until almost 5:00. Therefore I didn't get to go to the gym. However, I did take advantage of that time and got the dessert made.
Since I wasn't able to get to the gym, I power walked through Sam's Club and WalMart. Glad it wasn't very busy

C. Home Exercise -
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 10 glasses
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day
--5 servings Freggies = 5 servings
--curb mindless snacking, drink water
