Habit - Visualization

I have a weight loss goal I want to reach for my daughter's wedding in August. To do this, I must lose 1.5 pounds a week. Last week I kept visualizing 225.25 - the weight I needed to be at to have lost 1.5 pounds for the week. Well, I lost 2 lbs and reached 224.75. This week I am visualizing 223. So, when I want to eat something - I ask will it help or hinder me to get to 223. I want to try to make this a habit and see if it will help me lose each week.

Today, my project was to work on getting2002 pictures in the album. I got up to August. Tomorrow I hope to finish, because I need to get the dining room table cleared off for Saturday night when we have church here.

Tonight I had a grueling session with my trainer. She upped the weights and made me do 5 sets instead of the usual 3-4 sets. I knew it was going to be tough because I was drenched in sweat by the time I was done with the first set. She said I probably burned off 700 calories.

Daily Goals:
1. Exercise
A. 75 - 120 min a day emoticon 120 min
B. Gym (4-5x's a week): emoticon
C. Home Exercise - emoticon

2. Water
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 10 glasses emoticon

4. Food
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day emoticon
--5 servings Freggies = 5 servings emoticon
--curb mindless snacking, drink water emoticon

1. Blog daily - emoticon
2. Write lists of what I need to do each day -- emoticon
