Yikes!!!!! I'm so hoping those numbers I see on my scale is muscle gain and not fat. I know muscle weigh more then fat, but dang why does it have to show on that dang scale ugh!!! So crossing my fingers hoping that that's muscle.

But, other then that today was a great day. Got in 30 min kickboxing which is like 600 calories burn now putting me over the limited of calories burned so I changed mu workout minutes to 30 strength training instead of 15. My cardio was 30 I changed it to 60 now so that means my calories went up. Yikes! Now I have to eat more in order to burn off what I need to in order to keep losing weight. I'm trying doing what I can to make myself feel and be happier.

Now off I go to see what I will be eating for dinner.

Have you recorded your measurements on your Start page? They recommend only measuring once a month, but you may see those numbers getting smaller when the scale isn't being kind.

I went through something similar a few years back. After a whole year of working out I only lost 3 lbs. Body composition analysis showed that I gained 18 lbs of muscle which sounded about right since I could wear clothes that fit me when I was 25 lbs lighter.
