My new habits for 2012

I have a few things that I am working towards making habits this year:

1. Doing a Pilates DVD workout with my sister-in-law three days a week
(benefits: good exercise and some bonding time)

2. Walking briskly the half mile to the business college from the parking area and back everyday
(benefits: getting outdoors and good exercise)

3. Packing healthy lunches for school everyday
(benefits: less cost and better calorie control)

I think starting with these three new habits is doable for me and the benefits will pay off big in the long run.
