2012 and Thank you

Even though in a sense I am starting over where I started the last time I have learned a lot. I should be able to take those lessons and turn them into sustainable weight loss. One important thing I learned is I need to eat for health and not eat to lose weight. As long as I learn to eat correctly the weight will come off (which it is). May be not as fast as the first time, but in a way I can take it off and keep it off.

I also learned I need to mix up my workout routine, before i was hardcore just on Running and Weight lifting but I got bored, and after I hurt my knee I just shut down. Now I realize doing things like TaeKwonDo, Running, Playing Tennis, Sports etc.. it keeps things interesting.

On another note I wanted to thank all the kind people who posted today on my board and also everyone who has voted for me as a motivator. You have my commitment to being successful.

    Thank you, I miss all you Sparkies. Really miss posting on the site. I kind of burned myself out the first time around. Learned many lessons. Looking forward to having a lifestyle rather than a race to the finish line :)

    Good to see you back~! I was wondering where you disappeared to. Haven't heard much out of you lately.
    Mixing up routines is definitely a good idea to keep it interesting. I get bored easily too.
