Good morning my Sparkers! First of all I would like thank you guys for the welcome to the program. This is my second week and I've lost 3.2 lbs. YES! I still have not completed any type of activity which is very hard to start. I will try to at least walk as much as I can for each day. Speak to you soon.

    You are doing good!! keep up the great work!! I know it is hard to start working out but it gives you a lot of energy! Start small and you will soon see the benefits! They really pay off! emoticon

    Congratulations HONEYCOLBERT for your 2nd week weight loss. Try to do at least 10 minutes a day and see how you feel. Take it one day at a time.
