20 weeks with SparkPeople? That seems like such a long time, but it has been worth it.

My weight before weigh in: 214
My current weight: 212 (- 2, -.93%)
Total lost to date: 48 (18.46%)

2 more lbs until this goal: Belly Laughs (1.24) ~ 210
I have another week and hopefully a lot less water weight until then, so I'm fairly confident I can make it. It should be spectacular. That'll be goal, 50 lbs lost, and where I break out of Class 3 obesity.

My shins are sore this morning from the runs mentioned in my last blog, so I took it easy with some Yoga. Despite my shins, I'm going walking this evening.
Dylan approached me with the idea, and I will NOT turn down an offer from him to walk. Hopefully, this will lead to him being more active (as in more than once in a blue moon). His eating has gotten significantly better since he eats whatever I cook for us, he just needs the other part of the equation to see some results. He doesn't like the scale, and I can't say that I blame him, but I'm curious what effect eating better alone has compared to the combination of the eating better and exercise. He's my little guinea pig.
