Sunday was a wonderful relaxing day. We went to friends for a late lunch/early supper. We had a great time of fellowship.
Today, my daughter and I went to Joann's. We ordered the bridesmaid material (3o yards) and we were able to use a 50%off coupon! We also got the patterns for the dresses. I will be combining 3 different patterns. We also got her veil material and lace for the wedding dress sleeves - we had 40% a& 50% off coupons for them
. Next weekend I will go back and get the flower girl dress material - I have a 50% off coupon that is good only then. I am going to be able to make the dresses for less than $30 each.
This afternoon I worked on getting quilt tops ready to be quilted. These are from my sister and for an African girls school. I want to have these quilted by the end of January, so I can then concentrate on making the items for the wedding.
Tonight I went to the gym and did an intense 45 minute cardio interval workout.
A. 75 - 120 min a day :

C. Home Exercise - didn't today

--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day
