Wow...I lost a lot!

Wow...I just lost 13lbs in one week! I am down to 419lbs now. I hope this week will be just as good.

    Happy to have you back Sparking. One of the biggest lessons that I have learned is that weight loss on the scale can be motivating, but it is only a number. I know when I have not been healthy because I have less energy and just do not feel as motivated. Try to concentrate on those feelings, so that you will know you have done good, even when the scale gods may not agree. Congrats on your loss this week.

    gratz on the weight loss *but* as another poster said, be careful not to shuck off too much too soon ~ that can backfire in more ways than one.

    OMG! Congratulations! I go Tuesday for my 1st official 2-week weigh-in. I can only hope and pray that I have lost half that much for 2 weeks. I am so proud of you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    That is so amazing! Be careful though you don't want to go into starvation mode where the body starts to hold on to stored fat. Try to eat well and not starve yourself. emoticon
