How does music affect your work out? MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE FOR ME...SINCE I DO ALL MY WORK OUT IN THE POOL, I GOT A IPOD SHUTTLE (VERY SMALL) AND I PUT IT IN MY BATHING CAP, PUT PLASTIC OVER MY HEADPHONES AND HERE I GO JOGGING WITH (SHHH...ITS A SECRET) LADY GAGA...LOL..I AM A CLASSICAL MUSIC LOVER, BUT REALLY I LIKE, ALMOST, ALL MUSIC. emoticon

Do you enjoy the 5% challenges? YES, BUT I TOOK TOO MANY AT THE SAME TIME AND I FIND IT TOO MUCH TIME CONSUMING...IF I DO ANOTHER ONE, I WILL TAKE ONLY ONE AT THE TIME, SO I CAN GET MORE INVOLVE WITH THE GROUP. emoticon

What's your trigger food ( or foods). JUNK AND RESTAURANT, I HAVE A GOOD CONTROL, NOW, IF, I DON'T HAVE THEM IN MY FACE...LOL emoticon emoticon

Do you like to exercise or do you exercise because you need to? I LOVE TO EXERCISE, ALWAYS DID UNTIL I GOT TOO HEAVY AND DISABLE...NOW I AM BACK, SINCE JUNE, I STARTED WITH 10 MINS A DAY...NOW MOST DAYS ARE 120 MINS...SOMETIMES I HAVE TO PUSH MYSELF BECAUSE OF THE PAIN BUT HAVING THE POOL MAKES IT EASIER...THERE IS ALSO THE PROCRASTINATION I HAVE TO FIGHT, BUT ITS NEVER VERY LONG...LOL emoticon emoticon

What's your biggest challenge in losing weight? THE SCALE...I LOSE VERY SLOWLY, EVEN IF I DO EVERYTHING I HAVE TO DO...MY WEIGHT FLUCTUATE UP AND DOWN AND I TRY VERY HARD NOT TO GET MYSELF DEPRESS...

IN ALL, I LIKE THE CHALLENGE EVEN IF I DON'T REACH MY GOAL...
