Day 80

I woke up at my normal time of 4:30 AM. But instead of getting right out of bed, I decided to lay there and listen to the rainfall.
I must have dozed off because when I opened my eyes again it was 6 AM. Perfect. I still have a 1/2 hour to spark.
Yesterday hubby and I were tussling and I stubbed my previously broken toe into his big toe. OUCH! I heard it crack and prayed that I didn't break it again. I didn't make it to the gym in the morning. I sat on the couch with my foot elevated and iced. Caught up on some tv shows. And wasn't terribly disappointed with my current status. (tee hee)
I'm not a big tv watcher but I'm glad that our cable service has On Demand where I can catch up on shows that I want to watch when I'm bored. My two favorites are ABC's "Revenge" and "Once Upon A Time". Does anyone else watch them? Well, anyway my mom tells me about this show called "Mistresses" on BBC America. Oh. My. Goodness.

I'm hooked! I sat for 3 hours straight and watched it.
That's not the only thing I accomplished yesterday. I ate well and I did manage to workout on my treadmill after dinner. Then Kina and I did the Wii Fit before bed. We had a blast.
Hubby came home at midnight bearing gifts of the calorie-laden kind. 2 huge chocolate bars. One was a Snickers. YUM. And the other was a Milky Way. He has been paying attention because I've switched to Milky Ways since "supposedly" they contain less fat. Well, the Snickers is going to the boys and my Milky Way will be set aside in case of an emergency.
Next, he wants me to taste a piece of sprite cake that a co-worker makes. I was supposed to only taste it, but I ate the entire slice. Which was more of a hunk of cake than a slice. Old habits die hard because I didn't even want it.

It was kind of tasty though, I have to admit. Do I count the calories for today since it was after midnight. Does it even matter?
