Day 3 of BLC#13

So this week got off to a rough start but yesterday and today has been so much better! I hope to lose some weight by Sunday!! I need to add some exercise in today, I haven't been able to so far but I'm actually feeling up to it today so we'll see! I want to walk 1 mile and I hope I can achieve this today even if it's broken up into sections! I have been pretty proud of myself for some things that I've achieved lately in my personal life like starting my business. I want to feel just as proud about my weight loss too! What are you proud of today?
