Time to reboot my system. About a year or so ago I did the Smash Fat diet for 10 days (https://sparkpeo.hs.llnwd.net/e1/my
dual.asp?blog_id=3539815) because I hit a weight loss plateau - well it helped the plateau - I think I lost like 6 lbs or something. Anyhoo, now I'm going to do it again but not for weight loss - I want to reboot my system. Basically the Smash Fat diet phase 1 consists of mainly eating fruits, veggies, brown rice, lentils, regular yogurt, oatmeal, water - clean, unprocessed things. I've just been feeling blah since the holidays (probably due in part too that everyone at work is sick so I think my body is fighting hard to stay well) and I think a good 2 weeks of clean, simple eating will help cleanse my system. :) Did anyone else do a New Year cleanse/detox?
