Cutting down on workouts

I found out that it may be that I am pushing it too hard for too long, without proper rest days. I am also a lover of the routine, so I don't really want to be giving too many rest days. So instead of 60 minutes of 150bpm cardio, I will try 45 minutes of 150bpm cardio, and see the results. That should relax a bit my body, so that it defends its fat a bit less. Just experimenting for the next 3-4 weeks... Let us see what will happen.
