Good morning my fellow sparker's!! This is officically my first week on sparkpeople and I have lost 3 lbs! YES! I tracked my food as much as I could but need to make sure I complete it every day. My goal this week is to do at least 3 activities. I would like to thank my mom MaMaEnuff for the support! Love You, MOM! :*
