This week I lost 1 pound.
I find this surprising since it was that time of the month. I'm hoping I can slowly take the weight off, just by making better decisions and changing my habits. I've already started by trying to avoid snacking late at night. I go to my bedroom after dinner so I'm not tempted by being so close to the kitchen.
I'm thinking about joining Weight Watchers again. (I was a member about 10 years ago) I'm trying to make some changes on my own first though, since I remember most of the plan was about watching what you eat, portions, and trying to move more.
