Getting better!

I ran today. It wasn't the grand Week 6 of C-2-5k program, but I did Week 2 of the program with relative ease. My chest is still tight from all the coughing I've been doing and I had to stop a couple of times just to hack up part of my lung. Riley was super happy to just be out and active with me.

I remember huffing and puffing through this week (twice) asking myself if that minute would ever be achievable. I'm so happy that I'm better at running than I was. I don't have the pain in my calves that I used to get, nor do I get shin splints anymore. It makes me realize just how far I've come.
