Well this morning started off good. I got in 3 mile walk with Lesile. Today was my day off, but decided to get in a little workout.
I have to remember this is a lifestyle not a diet. Working out and eatting right has to be as if I'm breathing. I'm getting back to the used of working out. I don't buy anything that I know I wont eat or shoot you can say something that I'm not to eat.
But, I have to be able to give myself a treat once in awhile without feeling guilty for doing it or I have to take a day off with working and not feel guilty.

So no guilt I tell myself!!
Do the right thing. You getting the hang of it.
For me to have lost 33 pounds since November then I must be doing something right to go from 298 to 289 to now 265 I passed up my TERM goal 1 that was 275. How amazing!!!

I'm still working towards becoming a healthy, better and proud me. To enjoy myself now even while I'm still overweight as I work towards my goal weight. I'm not looking to be a size 6 or 4. I'm thinking real. I have a GOAL WEIGHT 1 of 190 and my other GOAL WEIGHT 2 is 160. I'm 5'8 160 is the normal weight for my height. Tell you the truth just long as I'm healthy and feeling good and looking to keep maintaining whatever weight goal I get to. I want to get out the 200 mark.

Right now I'm just going to keep my head up and keep pushing forward. Eatting right, working out and being happy. :)
