I slept in this morning -- great "me time" for my Cloverleaf Team points
One thing I am going to do on weekends is to keep my breakfasts as eggs and oatmeal. My husband always makes pancakes or Belgian waffles. After breakfast I went downstairs and walked on the treadmill for 75 minutes and finished my book.
This afternoon we went and looked at a church that has an outdoor pavilion and a beautiful meadow surrounded by pine trees. It was perfect. And the cost was definitely in our small budget:) It is nice to have the venue decided. Now we can go forward on the other plans. Tomorrow we will go to the first bridal show.
Daily Goals checked off:
--120 min a day
(75 on treadmill & 45 walking) -- 7 days this week!
--go to gym 4-5x's a week --- didn't go today, but went 5 days this week
--do a walk at home DVD 5x's a week
- not today, but did 5x/s this week
--walk on the treadmill at home at least 30 min 5x's a week
- 5x's this week
--do one SP exercise video or some strength training BEFORE doing SP :(
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 10 oz
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day.
--eat lean protein, vegetables and fruits, limit carbs
(dessert night at church)
--curb mindless snacking, drink water
--try a new recipe each month for a total of 12 recipes
