My Tracker Makes It Look Like I Gained Weight Recently*

... but actually, I lost a couple of pounds since the holidays. I just hadn't updated the ticker after Christmas, because I couldn't bear to have it be right back at the very beginning again.
I finally made the tracker accurate this morning, and I had to go "backwards" about a pound. But I just wanted to document here that the healthy eating and exercise I've been doing has been paying off for the last week or so.
Anyway, I am eating healthy and focusing mainly on doing my cardio. I'm not being super strict about tracking nutrition all the time, because it's not a sustainable long-term plan for me, and I kind of feel like I lost weight too quickly when I did that (too quickly meaning too easy to gain it back, I suppose... and possibly too quickly for me to figure out what a sustainable longterm goal weight is)
I'm just working on doing more exercise, and controlling portion size, eating my veggies, and I'll see how that goes for a while. I am tracking nutrition most days of the week, but I'm not being religious about it.
