Last night when I talked with my trainer, she said one of the best exercises for weight loss is cardio intervals. So, tonight I did a little over an hour interval cardio workout on the bike and elliptical.
I started work on our 2002 pictures. I began sorting through the box and organizing things. My goal is get this done by Jan 21. I have it spread over the dining room table and we will be having church here that day, so I want to have it done.
I also worked on quilting a quilt. This quilt top was given to me to quilt. It is a 9 patch double knit fabric. It is a good practice quilt. I usually quilt with pantographs, but I am doing free motion because of the stretchiness and unevenness. I am 3/4 done.
Daily Goals checked off:
--120 min a day
--go to gym 4-5x's a week
--do a walk at home DVD 5x's a week
--walk on the treadmill at home at least 30 min 5x's a week
--do one SP exercise video or some strength training BEFORE doing SP
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 12 oz
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day.
--eat lean protein, vegetables and fruits, limit carbs
--curb mindless snacking, drink water
--try a new recipe each month for a total of 12 recipes.
