Set Back Already?!

Yesterday I met with a dietician. I signed up for a 12 week weight management program through my doctor. The dietician and I went over goals, took a starting weight, and took a "Before" picture. After our meeting, I ran errands and snuck in 40 minutes on the treadmill before heading to an evening meeting.
After the meeting, my lower back starting aching. I woke up this morning and I could barely walk! All from 2 days in a row on the treadmill?! I play golf 2 -3 times per week so it is not like I am inactive.
I called my chiropractor this morning and am waiting for a call back. I really wanted to hit the gym again today, but I can barely walk. Additionally, I am playing one of the best courses in Southern California this Sunday. I have to get better just for that!
Hopefully, this is temporary!
