I Did It!

I did it! I lost the weight I had gained over Christmas. I am at the weight I was the Tuesday before Christmas.

I am now on a 3 day streak of 120 min of exercise. I break it up into smaller segments of 10-40 min. I do a walk DVD first thing in the morning, a SP video after breakfast, treadmill in the afternoon, then gym in the evening.

I started on a new team on Jan 1 -- 100 Days to a Healthier You. I took the idea and challenged my TOPS group to set 3 daily goals to do for 100 days. Everyone was excited to start. The first day will be next Tuesday.

Daily Goals checked off:
2. Exercise
--120 min a day emoticon
--go to gym 4-5x's a week emoticon
--do a walk at home DVD 5x's a week emoticon
--walk on the treadmill at home at least 30 min 5x's a week emoticon
--do one SP exercise video or some strength training BEFORE doing SP emoticon

3. Water
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) 12 oz emoticon

4. Food
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day. emoticon
--eat lean protein, vegetables and fruits, limit carbs emoticon
--curb mindless snacking, drink water emoticon
--try a new recipe each month for a total of 12 recipes.
