Night Time Eating

The past several days I've engaged in unnecessary nightime eating. Admittedly not as much as I used to, but yet I want to stop it asap. It's a terrible happy and it engenders more eating and it's totally mindless!

But last night it improved; the power of writing things down is impressive.

Dec, 27th: I feel better and more energized today and am about to get dressed to go out to the gym!

Dec. 29th: No eating at night tonight!
Dec. 30th: Feeling fairly successful tonight!
